Where can I find the available payment and withdrawal directions?

To find the available payment and withdrawal options, you need to:

1. Go to the Any.Money personal account → Sign In.

2. In the menu on the left, select Merchant settings → 📤 Payment directions or 📥 Withdrawal directions.

On the page of payment directions and on the page of withdrawal directions, you can look through:

- available payment methods and currencies / cryptoassets (that can be activated and/or deactivated);

- transaction limits (minimum and maximum amounts);

- fees.

You can also go to the page with available payment and withdrawal directions via the menu on the left → Current merchant → Select a merchant → Settings → 📤 Payment directions or 📥 Withdrawal directions.
